       現在自從糧食烘干機出現以后，完全取代了天然晾曬的方式，雖然天然晾曬的方式好，但是，其受到的限制大，晾曬的效率低，無法很好的滿足于當下用戶高節奏的生產效率。而糧食烘干機是經過了多年的實踐驗證，不斷創新和改進，烘干效果明顯，是采用了新穎的烘干技術和精湛的工藝加工而成的。


       由于糧食烘干機是屬于新型的設備。因此，當操作人員在初次操作設備的時候，一定要認真的了解設備的使用技巧和詳細的步驟，目的是在工作期間可以熟練的掌握設備，這樣才能夠保障糧食烘干機高效安全的完成烘干任務。當糧食烘干機在正常作業的時候，操作人員都必須要及時的了解被烘干糧食的變化情況，以及跟蹤糧食的變化，可適時的調整排糧機構，來保障烘干出的糧食都可達到標準的水分和質量。
       對于供熱系統是根據糧食烘干機的標準調整熱風爐的供熱量的，通常情況下，是以爐氣溫度為主進行適時調節的。同時，還要注意換熱器后的熱風溫度和廢棄溫度的變化。適時的調整烘干溫度，避免溫度過高，導致糧食在烘干時，會出現爆腰的問題。當糧食烘干機在運行時，出現故障，需要及時的檢修，避免出現故障而造成不必要的損失。
